Your JourneyMakers Host will meet you at Vancouver International Airport and take you to Horseshoe Bay, where you will board a ferry for the 20-minute trip to picturesque Bowen Island. Your accommodation will be at Sundogs, a four star B & B with a panoramic view overlooking BC’s Gulf Islands and the Strait of Georgia.
Each morning you will board the Predator, a 24’ fully equipped charter boat skippered by David Korch, a pro-staff guide for a full day of fishing in spectacular Howe Sound. From early September to late October waves of King Salmon, Chum Salmon and Sockeye Salmon pass through this vast area on their migration up the Fraser and Capilano River systems. You will be fishing with cut plug bait in waters up to 150’ deep.
Each evening you will dine at atmospheric Doc Morgans Union Steamship Marina, the Island’s most popular eating and meeting place.
Your package cost of $3495 per person includes return transportation from Vancouver International Airport to Bowen Island, all meals and deluxe accommodation, 3 days of guided fishing, all fishing equipment, your saltwater fishing license as well as freezing and packaging of your catch.
Deposit details: A $550 deposit per person is required to confirm your booking and full payment is required 60 days prior to your trip date.
